Reservations

Reservations must be made for 7 consecutive nights from Saturday to Saturday each week, from June through September. Please contact us at georgeandpeggysplace@gmail.com for rates and availability outside of high season.

Check in is at 4 pm on the first day of the reservation. There is a lockbox for easy access. Code will be emailed with confirmation.

Check out is at 10 am on the last day of the reservation.

Please be respectful of the property. You will be held responsible for reimbursement for any damages that occur.

A beach tag replacement fee of $35 will be added for each lost beach tag.

No more than 6 guests are allowed in the condo at any time, per Plymouth Manor regulations.

NO PETS PLEASE! We love your furry friends, but we cannot make exceptions.

The entire building is SMOKE-FREE, INSIDE AND OUT - including vaping, e-cigarettes, etc. Owners of other units will ask you to step away from the property if they see you smoking.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Valid ID will be required to confirm your reservation.

No Senior Week rentals.

Towels and linens are NOT included. Please bring your own bath & beach towels and bed sheets (queen bed, two twin beds, queen pullout couch). Comforters and blankets are provided.

Please leave the unit in the same clean condition as you found it.

Do not sit on furniture with wet clothes or sunscreen.

Please rinse off sand using the outdoor shower. Excess sand in the shower drain can damage the building’s plumbing.

Do not bring sandy chairs, bicycles or carts into the condo.

Please turn off the air conditioner, fans/lights, and close the blinds when leaving for an extended period of time.

Please place trash and recyclables in the appropriate trash bins at the far end of the parking lot (the end closer to the beach).

Be respectful of your neighbors and turn down music and TVs after 10 pm.

Supervise your children - no running, playing ball, etc, in public areas at Plymouth Manor.

Mind your belongings - we are not responsible for lost or stolen items or anything left behind after check-out.

Please return beach tags to the container in the living room and return keys to the lockbox. Lock the doorknob from inside and pull the door closed when you are checking out.

If reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival date, 100% of reservation will be refunded.

If reservation is canceled 30 - 59 days prior to arrival date, 50% of reservation will be refunded.

If reservation is canceled < 30 days prior to arrival date, 0% of reservation will be refunded.
