Reservation Policy

• Please read cancellation policy and house rules before booking.

• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. We will ask you to email a copy of your driver’s license upon booking in order to receive the lockbox code.

• Please be respectful of the property. You will be held responsible for reimbursement for any damages that occur.

• A beach tag replacement fee of $25 will be added for each lost beach tag.

• No more than 6 guests are allowed in the condo at any time.

• NO PETS PLEASE! We love your furry friends, but we cannot make exceptions.

• The entire building is SMOKE-FREE, INSIDE AND OUT - including vaping, e-cigarettes, etc. Owners of other units will ask you to step away from the property if they see you smoking.

• Towels and linens are NOT included. Please bring your own bath & beach towels and bed sheets (queen bed, two twin beds, queen pullout couch). Comforters and blankets are provided.
